Screenprinting

Screenprinting or Silkscreening is the process
where we make a screen for each color to be
printed, and print directly on to the item.
Each color is separated using special software
and the screens are made. We then push
ink through the stencil on the screens to
print the design on the items. We use high
end inks to ensure long lasting wearability,
and beautiful colors. We are capable of
printing up to 6 solid colors, but we can
use special processes to print millions of
colors and shades.

Embroidery

Embroidery is the process where we take your
 
design, and convert it to stitches using special
 
software. We then send the “digitized” design
 
over to the embroidery machine so it can be
 
stitched on to the item. We are capable of
 
stitching up to 8 colors. Embroidery is great
 
for adding names to polos and gives the
 
finished product a classy look.

Heat Press

Heat Press is a process where we take
special cut thermal films and heat transfer
them to the items. The films can be custom
cut, or precut numbers like you see on
players jerseys. We are capable of cutting
any design and transferring it to fabrics
ranging from pure cotton to nylon. This is
great for uniforms that need names and
numbers custom cut and heat sealed. We
can also create full color laser tranfers
and heat press them onto the fabric items.
